Many people realize stress is a part of life that it is unavoidable. People who know this know how much stress affects their lives. What they do not know is how to deal with stress. Learning to deal with stress is important because once you learn to control and manage your stress, you can face any situation without losing control. According to quantitative data people who are under the age of 35 are 5 - 7 times more likely to die due to stress related heart attacks.
At Valley Anger Management, Inc., we provide you with the proper techniques to help you understand and manage your stress. You should realize that stress management classes are not typical classes. These types of classes allow you the opportunity to practice understanding yourself and how you react under stressful situations. Once you understand where stress comes from and what the side effects of your stress are, you can develop customized techniques to help reduce your stress and take control of your life. We offer stress management classes to businesses, groups, family, and individuals for as low as $30 per session, per person.

Domestic violence often starts with verbal threats, name calling, door slamming, dish/glass breaking, and eventually escalates to physical contact (pushing, slapping, and other violent acts).
You might think that name calling or verbal threats are a fine way to release anger just as long as you don’t make physical contact. But once you allow yourself to lose control and use threatening or unfavorable language you create a “space” between you and your loved ones. This “space” creates hostility and anger while destroying trust and love. Every time verbal threats are made the “space” gets larger, and hatred builds until someone snaps and physical contact begins.
Domestic violence is the worlds leading cause of injury to both men and women. Studies have found that every ten seconds a woman is beaten by a man she loves, of these women four die per year due to domestic violence. Research has also found that in the United States 40% of all murders are committed by the victim’s domestic partner.
At Valley Anger Management, Inc., our domestic violence classes are accepted by probation officers and the courts of California. We offer our classes at a low price of $25 per session.
